Remember not to Exfoliate skin daily, as it may become dry and irritated. Exfoliate body 1 to 2 times a week. Lather the hand and face soap between hands to wash face daily. Only use bar directly on face 1 to 2 times a week. 1 half of the soap is highly gritty, grit lessens into other half.
